Everything is good ,except one of the staff arrogant behaviour.

Our first time stay at this hotel was good so we choose to stay again the next time aswell ! The only problem we had was the receptionist - Mr. Dhathathrayya , the worst staff i never faced. Arrogant behaviour with his arrogant answers are really annoying. V asked for extra bed and no response from him for 45 minutes, when I called up again, he talks really rude. These type of employees should not be allowed to work in a customer service environment as it destroys the reputation of the hotel. For eg: i have dropped the rating to 2/5 , only and only because of Mr. Dhathathrayya, the receptionist.
