Sam Sam Homestay

I only spent a night here but I had a great stay. The room was cozy and clean and the location was great.

Property was clean, easy to find and in between many of the main attractions of Hoi An. They had pamphlets on hand for tours you can book through Sam Sam Homestay and offered pick-ups. Me and my partner were able to arrange a pick-up from the De Nang train station down to the Homestay for an affordable price and was sorted promptly. Linda, husband and family were all so accommodating and kind. They were available 24/7 and were quick to message on WhatsApp. Water, toilet roll and fresh towels were always provided. Me and my partner couldn’t recommend this homestay enough, thank you to Linda and her family for making our stay in Hoi An most enjoyable!

Very Welcoming staff. Linda was exceptionally attentive and professional. All the personnel were very good.

I thought that it was very well put together from the facility to the arrangements so I was pleased with it all.

Nette Besitzerin, sauber und super Lage

Nuestra estadía en Sam Sam fue muy positiva. Está muy bien ubicado a pocos metros del centro histórico de Hoi An. Las habitaciones son cómodas, el personal las mantiene a diario reponiendo toallas, papel higiénico, agua, etc. La ducha tiene una presión excelente y el aire acondicionado funcionó perfectamente!! Todo el personal fue muy amable con nosotros desde el primer momento, son super cálidos y estuvieron atentos a nuestras necesidades, incluso después de haber hecho el check out.

Really good location staff were so nice

Overall, it was a great experience. The biggest plus is the location. It’s just a short walking distance to the Old Town, which makes it incredibly convenient if you want to explore the area without constantly relying on transport. For what you pay, the value for money is honestly hard to beat. The staff were cheerful, approachable, and genuinely helpful whenever I had questions or needed anything. It gave the place a warm, homey feel rather than just a budget stay.

The only downside for me was a practical one: they don’t accept card payments, so I had to withdraw and manage cash from my travel budget. It wasn’t a dealbreaker, but it’s something to be aware of if you prefer cashless transactions.
