Glamping at South Lytchett Manor

Everything. Staff was amazing! Place was super clean. Everything we needed was on site. Food, bar etc - superb!

When we arrived there was no bedding or towels. Apparently you need to bring this yourself. This is mentioned on their site under the "What do I need to pack" section , however no one has the time to scour a third party website , for an obscure section. When booking through Booking.com you expect this kind of thing to be made clear easily as it is a VERY unusual requirement. When hiring a place to stay for the evening you expect bedding and towels to be provided , and if this is not the case this must be made abundantly clear. None the less after phoning the emergency number we were eventually able to source bedding , but still no towels.

Small thing toaster little faulty, had to hold function button down to toast, normally automatic

So comfortable with everything you need. Even the shower block was heated. The perfect luxury glamping experience.

Cannot think of anything!

Everything, it was clean, cosy, and a fire to welcome us.The staff were very friendly and helpful, the grounds were very well kept, the play area for the children was wonderful, they were out the minute it opened and made friends with other children. A fantastic well placed site with a bus stop right outside the gates. We are going to book for next Easter. The cowshed craft area next to you must not be missed. Thank you

Shower blocks were nice and clean

Tv was awful no signal and sound quality poor. Limited food choice on site, you have to travel out to get meals. No entertainment on site besides a small bar.
