Generell dauert der Service in Hotel in Indien nach europäischen Standards zu lange. Wenn man für einen Snack am Pool fast eine Stunde warten muss, ist das zu lange.

The staff going above and beyond to assist the guests. The managers and executive staff were extremely helpful and supportive. They were really proactive and had answers for all our questions and assisted us in every possible way. Extremely grateful to the staff at JW Marriott Sehar.

Pool. Close to the airport.

Overpriced for experience. We wanted a luxury experience before leaving India. Totally disappointed. At check-in, we were ignored by a robot that served welcome drinks. Sorry, cool gimmick but it didnt work. Have someone say hello and greet us. This is not a budget hotel. The staff seemed completely uncoordinated. I booked a cab for the next morning at 430 am. Also, booked some chai for the family to wake up while I checked out. The checkout manager didnt have a clue about either. Now in a normal hotel in India, this would be ok. But when you pay top dollar prices(really, Europe is cheaper on room and board), you should expect a great experience. This felt like a ridiculously expensive 5 star hotel that had a 4 star hotel management. The Italian restaurant should close down and do something more authentic - it was everything but Italian.

The hotel was ok and the room service dinner was excelent Very good for travell by plain, the transfer was eficient and clean.

I had a big problem because at the desk, after I paid WiFi with the card the employer ask me the phisical card and he made photo. Next day I had un incident with this card, somebody tried to buy online something with a ilegal transactions around 350 euro I refused to validate this transaction and I blocked the card so This incident was a very bad problem because I had to ask to Revolut another card and to replace the compromised card all in my online transactions!
