Colorado Cottage W/Mountain View

Location is great. Its close by alot of stuff. Fenced in yard that my service dog loved to have hos zoomies in. The view of pike peak is amazing. And there is a walking trail behind the house that wildlife frequents also.

We loved the care that is put in, the attention to details when it comes to cleanliness, and the many extra touches of convenience that have been added to this home. The home's open-to-below catwalk layout upstars is perfect for families with children because you can monitor what's going on upstairs from anywhere in the kitchen, dining area, or living room. The master is tucked away and quiet. We love the versatile bathrooms that can be accessed from either the hall or the bedroom they are alongside. Kitchen has everything you might need. We loved having a Brita pitcher, air fryer, and the huge fridge that we're used to having at home. We really enjoyed sitting on the front porch, and the yards are attrectively landscaped and very well maintained. Last but not least, the host is amazing; easy to reach, accommodating, and full of solutions. We recommend this home for anyone! . *2-Second DIY en suite for parents: 1) Lock the bathroom door to the hallway 2) Use the door within your room 3) That's it!

There was not one thing we didn't like.

Good layout. Cute house. It made our vacation better, instead of the three of us being crampped into a hotel room. Everyone had a comfy bed to sleep in. The kitchen was well supplied for us to make meals. There is also a nice deck to sit and look at the stars or have morning coffee.

There is nothing to complain about.

This property is very well equipped with everything one would need for a short or long term stay. We stayed more than a month and had everything we needed: pots, pans, utensils, dishes, vacuum, ironing board, iron, washer/dryer, sheets, towels, etc. The Wi-Fi was also external fast and more important reliable. Our host was extremely responsive to questions and was extremely thoughtful. Even bringing firewood for us before a cold front came in. This property is located within a 5-10 minute drive of shopping, restaurants, and grocery stores.

There is nothing we didn’t like about the property. We wish we had time to enjoy the patio and yard, but we stayed during winter when there were large amounts of snow and it was cold.
