The outdoor swimming pool is only available in summer. Directions: From the M4 east, leave the M4 at junction 15 and take the 1st exit signed A346 to Marlborough. After just under a mile, take the turning on the right signed B4005 and Chiseldon located just before the petrol station. Continue on this road until you reach the next mini-roundabout with the 'Patriots Arms' pub on your left where you will take the 2nd exit staying on the B4005. At the next T-junction, turn right. Go 100 yards down the road and turn left signposted Overtown. Stay on that road until you come to a cross roads, Overtown Manor is straight in front of you to the left.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. A deposit may be required at the property.

"Superb"

A unique rural & quite unusual 'Hotel' - It is not what I would call boutique but it is very comfortable with many historical features in the common areas and the room that we were in was great. The evening meal was prepared by the owner (4th generation in the family I believe) & was excellent & not expensive. Breakfast was perfect and again prepared by the owner. The grounds are wonderful and perfect for an afternoon or evening stroll & I understand the owner also runs an Equine centre adjacent so Horsey folks are well catered for.

It's a shame I only stayed one night as Overtown Manor is such a lovely house in an ideal location. Not only that, Nancy is such a wonderful host with many suggestions for what to do in the area. Best of all, the beds are really comfortable, if any place is to be let down it is because of this. I had a wonderful night's sleep.

Fabulous place to stay, excellent location. Very friendly staff & owner. We only stayed overnight as we were on our way to Wales but we plan to go back for a longer stay.

My Stay couldn't have been better great place fantastic staff found new friends great place to work settings and surroundings calm food out of this world supper was out of this world great value for money I will be back,

Nothing was out of place in the lovely place as a professional HSE Manager I couldn't fault it or the staff if I tried truly a tranquil place. Dont miss out and this as this was my first time here.
