The intimate and private space felt like a real secluded oasis when you step off the street into the courtyard with it's fountain and perfect lighting. The bed was exceedingly comfortable and the linens were so luxe feeling. The breakfast was also so tasty, especially the eggs w salsa - such a rich deep flavor was delicious. On check-in, be sure to have Whatsapp available to chat w Maria or whoever is managing the room that day. She reached out a few days before with entry instructions. Also it was hard to tell completely before going, but rest assured it is so easy to get everywhere in the Centro from here - furthest walk was 15 min, but mostly 5-10.

Honestly, everything was amazing and we had no notes. So happy to get to stay here.

The location is perfect and as soon as you step into the property you can sense the calm. It’s beautiful, peaceful, an oasis of tranquility in a city where life never stops. The rooms are well thought out and designed, and cleaned daily.

The position and the interiors.

There is not a real service, you have a whatsapp assistance but not a reception. The breakfast is very uncomfortable since you order it through whatsapp and you have to wait at least 30 minutes to receive it from the affiliate bar. It is served from 9am, late if you have sightseeing or tour early in the morning. In our room the shower was obstructed with a very low flow. The price of the room was very high compared to the service and quality of the staying.

we would have preferred a more Mexican theme breakfast but we were satisfied nonetheless.

No breakfast available until 09:00, 08:30 if requested. Despite the team being accommodating when we needed it a little earlier it was a bit of a pain. Especially if you have a.tour starting in the city early. Cafes around the corner are open from 07:00am so we found it a a bit strange. Other than that, would recommend this hotel 👌
