I am.dissappointed by the property owners and how they treated us. They accepted our booking on booking.com 4 days before check in date and on the day of the check in informed that she can't give us the location we booked as booking.com made a mistake and giving us another of her property which we didn't want. This was like 3 hours before check in. Mind you, group of 5 of already on our way to the property. She blamed booking.com and me for this mess up and couldn't understand why we cant stay at what she was offering. We consciously picked the first property for the proximity to restaurant. After being on call with booking.com for 1.5 hour, I finally gave up as owner finally accepted that she over booked the property and she was NOT willing to honour the booking. We accepted to stay at the second location but her ego came in the way and she messaged me on whatsap she doesnt not want us to stay at her properties. This is now 30 min before check in ! Absolutely unapologetic about the mess she created and when we succumbed because we had no choice but to stay at her property at the second location, she refused that as well. Pathetic unprofessional attitude. If you do not know how to use travel portal like booking.com, get educated. You also need to be educated on customer service and basic manners.

Ideal, central location. Easy access to restaurants, breakfast places, pubs and bars. Excellent access to private and public transport. Taxis and autos had no difficulty finding the apartment.

The internet Wi-Fi was weak or nonexistent on the 3rd floor where I was first put up. Couldn't work or do any transactions. Later, I was shifted to the second floor where the Wi-Fi was working as expected.
