La amabilidad del personal, el desayuno y la terraza superior con las preciosas vistas al Misti.

La habitación era interior (daba a un pequeño patio interior a su vez) y eso hacía que fuera oscura.

Rooms are small but comfortable and clean, nice rooftop terrace with view and friendly staff

The only thing we didn't like was the coffee, maybe they ran out but it was watery and tasteless

The staff accommodated us at very short notice and were really helpful with our bags up and down the tricky staircase. Bed was comfortable, and room was a good size - great value for money, really near the bus station.

The neighborhood is very nice and quiet, with the hotel being located in a surveilled residential area, with security at the entrance. Safe parking was a plus. The hotel is nice and clean. Breakfast is simple but nice to have. Staff were very helpful and kind.

The room was incredibly small, which, to be honest, was not apparent from the pictures. The room was also kind of dark, as it had a window facing a very small interior yard. Poor sound isolation- we could hear too much of the discussions in the next room (and I am sure they heard too much of our kids complaining and crying).
