This property wasn’t available on the day I booked and they moved us to another property The property wasn’t available disgusting and dirty and totally unacceptable. We moved to another property not provided by them and I eventually got a refund.

"Very poor communication and no refund — I wouldn’t recommend this property."

I had a very disappointing experience with this property. I booked through Booking.com, but when I needed assistance regarding my refund, the property manager completely stopped responding. Despite several messages sent directly and through Booking.com, I received no reply or support. This lack of communication and responsibility caused unnecessary stress and inconvenience. I would strongly advise future guests to be cautious before booking here — if anything goes wrong, you might not get any help or refund. Very unprofessional experience.
