Nicely decorated & clean. Comfortable beds. Towels provided & a thoughtful welcome pack of food items awaited us.

A few things would have improved the stay: Provide a stool to use dressing table. A dining table/chairs. Chair needed in 2nd bedroom.

Near to Seaham beach and local restaurants, clean apartment with nice decor and layout

Microwave did not seem to be working and darker/blackout curtains or blinds would be a preference

Like a home from home. Felt comfy as soon as we walked in. Even had some candles lit as we gave our arrival time.

It was near all amenities

Stairs were a bit of a problem ar first, but managed ok

The location is great as it's a short walk into town and to the beach. There is plenty of parking available on the quiet street outside. The neighbourhood felt safe and it's very quiet and peaceful in the flat. It's a much bigger space than we expected.

The beds were uncomfortable as the matresses were worn and very soft. We asked for extra bedding for the soaf bed, but this wasn't available when we arrived - it was dropped off the next day, which we were grateful for, although there was't a sheet. We managed with what we had as we only stayed 2 nights. There are some small elements of the apartment that could do with a little attention - for example the shower screen seal is damaged and we could only find 2 drinking glasses.

A lock on the living room and stairs window to stop children or animals falling

Very clean and well appointed. Close proximity to town and within easy walking distance to beaches.

Wasn’t a dislike to be fair but the location may put some people off …… DONT LET IT !! Very quiet street but the apartment cleanliness and appointments make up for it.
