Dija Riad

Visitamos el Dija Riad en plena ola de calor, y se echaba en falta el aire acondicionado.

Riad accogliente e di fascino, molto pulito e in posizione comoda, terrazza con vista stupenda e colazione abbondante con caffè della moka!Karima ci ha accolto con preziosi consigli e simpatia.

Nada, la peor experiencia que hemos tenido en Booking desde que somos clientes hace ya más de diez años. Una vergüenza de habitación y de propiedad. Con un trato sin educación ni vergüenza.

Nos recibió una chica que no sabía idiomas, hicimos el cheking y cuando nos disponíamos a salir llegó la propietaria y nos dijo que teníamos que cambiar de habitación. Nos asignó una con cama pequeña, baño pequeño, sucio, con la cisterna rota que estuvo haciendo ruido toda la noche. Una habitación que no deberia ofertarse, y para colmo un establecimiento sin hojas de reclamaciones. Le ofrecimos que nos devolviera una noche y solo cuando le dijimos que llamaríamos a la policía, nos hizo la devolución con un trato desagradable y vejatorio. Una auténtica vergüenza. Tenemos fotos y wspps de todo. Absolutamente decepcionante. Nos sentimos engañados. Muy mal..

What a lovely 2 nights and 3 days staying at the Dija Riad. I felt totally at home. The property is super conveniently located in the medina, and is just gorgeous. The owner arranged for pickup from the train station to the medina where the house manager (Fatima, her aunt) met me and guided me to the riad. So helpful! The room was spacious (I booked the largest one for myself) and decorated with care. The tile throughout was amazing! I felt very cared for and appreciated that the owner, Karima, was a WhatsApp call away. I requested dinner (30 euros) my second night and asked if I might help...so I could learn how to cook, and was treated to not only a cooking experience with Fatima (not in English), but also a trip to the market to buy the ingredients. After dinner, Fatima took me on a walk through the medina, over to the shore, and it was stunning. I'm the type of traveler who enjoys engaging with my hosts, and appreciated deeply that Karima, Fatima, and Soukina (the assistant) were all interested in reciprocation. <3 I feel like I'm missing 1000 other things to say about my stay. Just book it. You won't be disappointed!

The mattress was a bit firmer than my old bones prefer, but I slept well.

Beautiful rooms and decor, good communication, great location. We had booked the smallest room but were able to upgrade to the larger room for 20 euros as it was empty

Great location, gorgeous riad, great and very friendly staff, they even prepared breakfast extremely early in the morning and woke up just for us because we had an early flight. Highly recommend
