"Perfect stay!"

Amazing stay! The room was VERY clean and comfortable. The electric blanket on a cold night was lovely. Small kitchen in the room with all the bits you need (kettle, microwave, small fridge). Tea and coffee provided in the room and I loved that you are provided with a small bottle of milk in the fridge. Very friendly staff. Secure parking inside. Great southern suburbs location. Highly recommend and I will definitely stay again!

It was not the best bedding. It kept on creeping off the bed, and the towels were very thin.

I really enjoyed my stay at Rustic Manor Guest House. The location was great — quiet, secure, and safe, which made for a very relaxing experience. Everything was clean and neat, and most things I needed were available. The house rules were clearly communicated, and all the amenities worked perfectly, including the Wi-Fi and TV. Overall, everything was comfortable and well maintained, and I had a pleasant stay.

There was only one small thing that I think could be improved. I stayed for two nights, and when I returned on Sunday evening after being out for the day, I noticed the room had been cleaned beautifully and everything was neat and in place. However, the milk, drinking water, and other refreshments such as coffee supplies and rusks had not been replenished. Since I wasn't aware that these would not be refilled, I hadn’t bought extra supplies in advance. It wasn't a major issue, but I would suggest that for guests staying multiple nights, these items be topped up during room servicing. It would make the stay even more convenient and prevent guests from needing to order extra items for just a short stay.

The staff was very welcoming, friendly and accommodating. It was close to the US Embassy and other amenities which was a plus. The room was very clean and cozy. Will definitely stay there again.
