"The stay was good but did not get everything we paid for"

We liked the beds, the pool ant the patio area

Communication was poor, we paid for breakfast and they didn't tell us before hand what we must do or that we must order the breakfast in the main kitchen, so we did not get the breakfast that we paid for. That was a very bad experience! The dstv and TV in the room did not work! So we just sat there!
