The Nest

Great location. About a 15 min walk to the town centre. Near Ulster Uni, so lots of student accommodation nearby. A little Tesco within a 5 min walk. Good bus links. Loved that Milk, bread, butter, chocolate and crisps tea bags, coffee, sugar and lots of other condiments provided. A plus when you need that important cup of tea.

Sofa and green bedroom mattress were not very comfortable. The yellow bedroom and small bedroom were better. The bedding duvet and pillows were good. The main thing is the shower. Hardly any water pressure, could do with updating. Otherwise it was clean and in good decor.

It was walkable basicly everywhere from the apartment. Even to the airport (4k) :)

The water pressure in the shower was not the greatest. But it seems like the water pressure is a bit low everywhere in Belfast?

Frank was so helpful, stored our luggage prior to check in, made recommendations of places to eat and visit. The location is great, just 10 mins walk to cathedral Quarter. Comfy beds and everything we needed for our stay.

The Nest was in a really good location, was clean and comfortable, perfect for the 5 of us. We were extremely grateful for the tea, coffee, bread, butter and snacks that were left for us as we didn't get there until later in the evening so wouldn't have been able to get anything in ourselves.

The only bad point was the shower pressure. It was a struggle to wash your hair because it wasn't much more than a trickle. However, there was a bath there too, but with 5 of us all getting ready at the same time, this would've taken too long.

Very homely, lots of thing provided local snacks etc washroom stocked. Heating great very hospitable host, comfy beds lovely location right in the city centre

Water pressure in shower was quite weak, not enough to taint the stay though and that's all I could really say wasn't perfect so still a 10/10

Location was very handy. Food items were a wonderful touch, but I'd swap these out and get broken bath, weak shower and toilet seat replaced.

Frank, the house and you personally offer so much. Based on everything BUT the bathroom, we'd recommend any day!

Spacious and comfortable house in a great location! The host was friendly, professional and responded to any questions quickly. Bread, butter, milk and treats was a lovely extra.
