Grande villa, personnel très serviable

Je n’avais pas de frigo pendant 3 jours

Breakfast was delicious and freshly served each morning, there was a lot of variety between breakfast choices as well!

Tout était absolument parfait ! Notre séjour dans cette villa a rendu notre voyage à Uluwatu incroyable. La villa était vraiment très bien équipée et parfaitement propre et entretenue, encore mieux que sur les photos ! Le personnel est d’une gentillesse inouïe, ils ont tous été super du début à la fin de notre séjour, facilitant nos vacances au maximum. Tout est fait pour passer des vacances 5 étoiles avec un petit déjeuner excellent, un scooter à disposition sur place et d’autres nombreux services. Encore merci au staff pour leur bonté, nous espérons avoir la chance de revenir plus tard

Absolument aucun point négatif

Beautiful property, one of the best I have stayed in. We got a late notice special so was really great value. Well maintained. Courtesy shuttle to beach and up to main road, really nice estate, à la carte breakfast to Villa, amazing friendly and obliging staff, little unexpected touches to make you happy (eg pisang goreng afternoon snack), immaculately clean, great modern kitchen. Evening turndown service. Responsive on messaging while staying. Nothing was a hassle.

Villa 2 was very noisy. Continual Road noise meant the pool area was not relaxing at all - hard to have an actual conversation. They do provide ear plugs… it is Not walking distance to anything (easy to get taxis though). No indoor living except table and chairs - there was a big couch in the main bedroom - maybe split the rooms better so the couch can be used by everyone all the time. The sliding door is very heavy and hard to close.

This is a beautifully designed property. Spacious, relaxing yet practical for family of 5 with teens. The community spaces are large enough, the villa pool was great and there’s enough private space (and TVs!) for all of us as we spent Nyepi holiday indoors (like Covid lockdown). The staff were amazing and speak very good English. They eased us into Nyepi with electric candles and helped us navigate the stars in the darkness (literally). The meals and massage services were also above our expectations. We used their driver everywhere , making our whole uluwatu experience smooth and seamless.

Our villa was next to one small road. While it didn’t seem busy most of the time, traffic gets buzzy around 6am and also at 10.30pm. Just come with ear plugs if this bothers u, or the resort can provide.
