There was no hot water for us during our stay and we couldn’t find any instructions. We only used the shower twice but for a longer stay this would have been quite inconvenient.

Needed mirrors in bedrooms for when using hair appliances, a little tricky to find as google sends you right on to Russell Road when in fact entrance is off Gladstone.

GBExcellent customer service! was in contact when we needed and also helped us stay another day which was a last-minute thing but staff accommodated us really well. The house was clean couldn’t find anything dirty Literally a two minute drive to town and a nice corner shop . The house was located well There is nothing bad to say about this property or who runs it he helped us as much as he could which was very much appreciated.
No curtains in the bedroom let in loads of light in the morning (summer time) could have a comfy mattress but overall mange to fall asleep. Definitely would stay again we all enjoyed it and felt at home
ESGreat location within easy walking distance of the town and supermarkets but far enough away that we weren't disturbed by noise in the evening. The house itself was clean and spacious, the bathroom and kitchen both looked new and it was handy to have a washer/dryer. Good lighting in all the rooms and plenty of windows for natural light. Private parking was easy to access, right outside the front door. David came out to change the settings on the boiler within half an hour of us asking and was very helpful and friendly. I would definitely stay again if I was in the area.
We really enjoyed our stay but have a few suggestions, such as providing larger towels along with the ones you already have and mirrors in the bedrooms (for hair and makeup purposes) as there was only the one in the bathroom. There is capacity for 5 people but only 4 dining room chairs and only really enough room for 3 to comfortably sit on the sofa. The lights in the living room were also a little too bright. It would be great to add a lamp or a dimmer switch and maybe a chair/beanbag for extra seating.

The beds were pretty basic and uncomfortable and the blinds don’t block any light, especially in the summer when the sun comes up at 0430 in the morning
