Really uncomfortable bed, springs felt through the matress so no sleep for me I informed the company in the morning and they gave me a 25% refund. Promised that the bed would be changed immediately. Would stay again if the bed us changed

The flat looked nice and was a good size. it had everything I needed. The wifi or the TV reception was poor but adequate. The dining table was nicely set out but unnecessarily so. The flat was also warm and my host was very helpful and polite.

Very clean, spacious & have everything we could possibly need. The hosts even left some milk, eggs and other breakfast bits for us! It felt like they’d really thought about what would be helpful for us.

Very tidy apartment in the centre of Leicester, only needed it as somewhere to sleep but would have been a pleasure to stay for more than 1 night if I needed to!
