Prairie Rose Inn

The property hosts a bar and restaurant, open late on the Friday night we were there. Our room,#1, is the closest room to the loud bar and the windows are adjacent to the bar’s patio. There was no hope of sleeping until it closed. It didn’t appear that any hotel staff were present when we arrived at 7:30. There’s no in-room coffee and no coffee service until 7 a.m. when the grill opens. The room was small but clean and pleasant.

This stay was way beyond great! Nice room, great bar and bartender- wonderful food, al right at the Inn. Literally unpacked and stayed at the inn till we left the next day.

Very cute, spacious room, like the sink outside thr bathroom. Love having a seating area. Easy free parking out front, free wifi. On site restaurant was great.

Prairie Rose was the perfect stay! It was so cute, really spacious and very comfortable. The vintage decor in each room is unique and different, so it made us feel like we were staying in someone’s home. It has everything you need too: Rose’s morning cafe, Rosie’s bar & grill, and even an RV park out back and a dog park across the street! Kudos to whoever designed this place. It is lovely, the food was delicious, and the price was on point!

The rooms were clean and well furnished.

There was no TV in the bedroom area, only in the sitting room. Breakfast was told to us to be 7.00 per person per day, but when we went to eat the next morning we were given a menu with different prices. When we said something about the 7.00 meal for motel guests. The young girl behind the counter said she did not know anything about that.

Amazing room and breakfast. Will definitely stay again!

We loved its quaintness even though it was a highway stop

Nothing!! It’d probably be even better if it had a pool but I’m not complaining
