The apartment is situated in a quiet street in the western part of L'Aquila. This turned out to be important since in the Theatro dell'Aquila a concert with extremely loud music took place in the late night that made sleeping in the eastern part of the city impossible. The apartment is brand new, nice and practically equipped. Some biscuits, coffee capsules were kindly made available in the kitchen. Finding the security box with the keys at the main door was problemless. A The stand for clothing in the entry with many hangers is very practical. Some books in a shelf offered also some reading. We recommend also the free shuttle from the bus station to Fontana Luminosa to the tourists.

A sharp knife to cut bread would be useful to make the kitchen equipment complete. Perhaps a plan of the city would be nice, but a tourist information office at the Fontana Luminosa is open all days.

Property was perfect, in the heart of old town. Beautiful high ceilings and had everything you need.

Windows have very little soundproofing and the small street is an echo chamber, rather disturbing with people shouting very late at Saturday night and street cleaning humming and beeping at 5.30am.No internet,I wonder why there are 2 smart TVs...Kitchen had no kitchen knives and the gas stove looked not so clean.Dining table had seating facing the wall.The price was at least 30% higher than what I paid elsewhere in Abruzzo and Marche and the quality/comfort of the place was inferior.
