Meals available on request. Able to request what we wanted to eat. Tea was excellent. Refrigerated bottled water always available for purchase. Staff were very friendly, accommodating, and ready to help. Wifi fast and reliable. Nice view of the seaside from our room.

Washroom is attached and fully functional with hot water, shower head but could use some renovation, eg painting. Hose next to toilet worked most of the time but sometimes wouldn't, would need to wait. Frogs sometimes showed up in washroom through vents so may need to put some sort of net around vents.

We went to Jaffna on the occasion of Shiva Puja. We needed a shelter for freedom. Indeed, we had freedom as well as security. Employees are like friends to us. They treated us well. We are Sinhalese. But we did not feel it. good service.

It is not really in the tourist area. 10 km to Jaffna city. Can't swim in the sea. No place to buy essentials. There is no pharmacy or shop. You can only bring food. Such additional facilities are less.

Perfect stay just 15-20 minutes outside Jaffna town. Peace and quiet with a beautiful sea view. Great for those not wanting to stay in the noisier city. Staff very accommodating - thank you 🙏🏼

Staff were friendly and willing to help, and the beach is just ok.

The facilities are barely operational, no restaurant when I stayed and you are far from anywhere so not practical to get food. Mosquitoes and other insects are all through the room as it is not sealed. Not worth the money. Can't knock the young lads that tried their best though.

7*staffs and their services. Room and bathroom are very clean. My room was facing Lagoon and the waters are very crystal clear.

The hotel is situated 6km away from the main road. Hotel should provide its customers pickup and drop off services to and from main bus, train stations etc would help boost more foreigners to visit. Hotel is swamped by Mosquitos due to rain water log etc.
