The pool was great and nice temperature which made it good to swim . The owner was really welcoming and friendly

the facility is great. it is located on the small dirt road which is not convenient to walk to the main road. other than that it is a good place to stay

Location was central

Dated furniture, lack of cleanliness, no safe, no cleaning of our room although requested, no replenishment of water, tea or coffee , no toilet rolls daily given, no air-con in working order without being help open with a wooden peg, no communication from staff, no coat hangers, no decent electric sockets Although we moved from this hotel after a couple of days without any services, the new owner was made aware of our complaints and he paid for our tuk tuk to our new hotel, he also agreed to refund $75 of our payment. He explained that he had only just brought the property and that our decision to move location was understandable, He is British and understood that his hotel needs to be fully-functional before taking bookings. I showed him the false advertising of the hotel rooms and he apologised as I would never have booked this from the UK if I had known that it was all false x I wish him well with his plans to make this otherwise hotel as stunning as it’s potential and I have no doubt he is a man of his word. Great guy xxx
