New Luxury flats

The fridge wasn't that noisy. Impressed that we had an iron and ironing board. The bathroom appeared to be very clean.

Calling this a flat is a bit of a stretch. The term luxury is completely misleading. The TV was tiny sitting in the corner of the room. It's a large room and there's a SHARED kitchen. Even a studio flat has a kitchen/kitchenette. So it's a room, not a flat. There was no tea or coffee in the room for example so it's not even a normal hotel room. Where the term luxury comes from I cannot fathom. The walls were mostly marked. The flooring in the bathroom wasn't sealed and didn't even reach the skirting, so it will mould and rot eventually. The bathroom was clean but the pillow cases smelled like they had been put back in the wardrobe used. The throw blanket was also pretty grotty. Opening the sliding door means the smell of dope wafting in. 2am music started. 5am car alarm. You're already on a main road, so ear plugs are a must. Also bring a facemask as the blinds block out no light whatsoever. Lots of light comes in under the door. Finally before we even checked in, the host completely ignored our messages on the day and the phone number went straight to voicemail. "I'm sorry you feel that way" isn't an apology, but it's all we got for making us wait in the rain.

Convenient, clean flat for our one-night stay. Excellent shower!

Very clean and spacious. It was nice to be greeted by the owner on arrival. Thoughtful touches in the room. Would definitely stay there again.

Nothing to do with the staff, however it was very difficult to sleep with the noise of others coming in and out and traffic due to having the window open because of the heat
