La casa è molto bella e pulita, ha un grande spazio esterno e tutto ciò che occorre sia per cucinare che per lavarsi. È vicino al centro e si trova in un palazzo molto tranquillo.

Se vi posso dare un consiglio è quello di mettere i condizionatori.

The apartment is large and very comfortable. On ground floor, with a large terrace. Well equipped kitchen. Half hour walk to the Duomo ( but a steep hill to start with). Supermarkets ( Lidl and Eurospin) within a kiliometre. We only had one night but it would make a great base for exploring Umbria, staying for a week or more.

"Pleasant stay in the lovely city of Spoleto"

Everything except the one described below.

The “breakfast” was not really a breakfast with the few pieces of cake, jam and rusk and at least was not enough for the duration of our stay. Very limited variety of glasses were available. I can strongly recommend the availability of a coffee machine!
