Excellent instructions on getting into the apartment. Plenty of street parking. Lovely welcome gifts. Ample tea/coffee, sugar and milk. Spacious apartment, with everything we needed.

Great property, location just by shops cafes Bf train station to nip to Liverpool. Property was clean and some treats left for us on arrival. Ken L, the host was very responsive and helpful, I will be staying there again very soon.

Absolutely 10/10 for everything. Ken is a perfect host; milk, beer, wine, biscuits all on arrival. The apartment was spotless, very well equipped, stylish & modern, & perfectly located for the Floral Pavilion & seafront. Ken was extremely helpful & contactable at all times.
