L' appartamento è posto al centro di baia verde, ad un paio di minuti dal mare e dai servizi. C'è l' ascensore

L' appartamento era poco curato e abbastanza sporco. Alcuni servizi erano rotti come la cassetta del wc e la tapparella in soggiorno. I letti avevano un "materasso" di circa 10 centimetri e due su quattro erano senza rete sotto. Il parcheggio più vicino è ad un paio di chilometri e non è gratuito.
