I stayed at this property for 9 days and it had everything one needs including a fridge, microwave, oven, sink and every kitchen gadget along with dishes, utensils, and pots and pans. My room was clean and well appointed. My room was essentially a studio apartment. The prices are very reasonable. The staff went out of their way to be friendly and helpful. Green Gables will be my go to stay on my next trip to Lower Hutt, Wellington.

Always a warm welcome have stayed several times. Handy location & comfortable getting a little bit tired.

It was fine for our stay but the toilet seat was unstable & I mentioned it to the owner when I checked out.
