AUAUThe info sheet made you feel like an intruder not a guest. The "lake view" is at best a glimpse between the main house and some trees. BBQ dirty but promptly cleaned by staff bringing in bins. No dishwasher (despite the info sheet telling you to stack it and turn it on before you leave). Not really self contained as no hotplate, just an electric frypan. Freezer unit in bar fridge chock full of ice. No bread knife. Kitchen knife blunt. Tiny living/dining/kitchenette. No remote for TV on top of cupboard in bedroom. Not a 3 min walk to shops - a lot longer. Bedside lamp not working. Very poor value for money.

USLocation was fantastic. Easy walk to everything. The management company, Book Tekapo, was absolutely incredible and offered service above and beyond. Greg, the company owner, assisted us twice with property issues and also was at the property within minutes of my call to help us deal with getting a flat tire repaired.
Washer dryer combo locked and wouldn’t let us get our clothes out. This happened twice. Also dryer did not dry. Bedrooms were stuffy and no fans were provided. Some cookware not clean.
