Place is okay, with kitchen access and a lot of space.

Staff... extremely rude. I set arrival time while booking as past 11pm (page said until 12pm is allowed) i got instrucion for self check in and then I'm being bombarded on WhatsApp why i keep someone waiting since 1pm for check in because I'm late, why i didn't just send my id pictures through WhatsApp( i asked how to send it when I was asked for ID, didnt expect someone having idea to send ID through WhatsApp, message was read but not responded). Then in the morning, check out was untill 11am, yet staff knocked at our door at 10.15 and said we need to vacate in 10 minutes because another person is coming. If you don't like people, don't rent rooms.

Nice place, it was clean, comfortable, cosy and beautiful. Would recommend!!!

Nothing stands out

Old towels and intrusive host. Host kept coming into the apartment with her key and making snide remarks. Microwave was broken

Cheap option near airport if you have your car.

Not idle for couple or new travellers in Europe. Location is outside of city center and area looks dangers to do travel via public transport. Not recommended if you dont have your car to go there.

I chose the room because of the lower price but it was good, the location is quite good but it is not in the center, from the airport I took the bus to Bergamo Station (central station) and then the tram and then on foot for a few minutes at 10 pm , the area is quiet without problems, the host sent me all the check-in details, the room was large, with individual beds for 3 adults, shared bathroom but I found it free all the time, the dining area is large and with all utilities, it has a small balcony for smokers, I stayed one night but it's ok for more nights,it was a good option for airport transfer as was my case
