Stylish Central City Apartment on Bealey

Comfortable

The only thing we had any issue with was the pillows! They were rock hard and we ended up buying pillows at the nearby Briscoes. other than that everything else was just fine. Cheers

Very nicely furnished spacious and comfortable

Bit hard to find but o very located all good

I liked the cute little yard in the front and side of the apartment that meant my kids could hang out safely outside. Everything about the apartment was cozy and felt like home away from home.

Small but cozy apartment.just know it is on level 2 so you have to carry your luggages up the stairs. Love the balcony and all the other amenities. Good for a family of four.location is good too

Air condition is at the living room only.rooms do not have air condition.so can get abit hot n stuffy at night

A very stylish and comfortable apartment that is roughly about a 15min walk to the city. The entire place was super clean and the bed was really comfortable. The host was nice and friendly and I especially liked how she was very responsive and helpful in our communication. Because this unit is part of an apartment complex one would assume there would be a bit of noise, but that couldn't be further from the truth. It was really quiet, making for a nice and comfortable stay.

The only downside is that there is no parking available on the premises. However this is definitely noted in the description of the unit. There is all-day free parking on the side street of the unit (Peake street, if I recall) and this is also noted in the description. But you can drive into the premises and off-load any luggage, as the unit is right by the driveway.

This modern, stylish apartment was very warm and comfortable. Everything we needed was there ...from tea and coffee to information on the area and Christchurch. The location was perfect, only a 15 minute walk into the city... I have hesitation recommending this property.
