Location is great but noisy at nihgts

Sheets are dirty. We called emergency number and want a sheet and duvet. He brings us a sheet and duvet but didnt bring us the duvet cover it was really annoying. General.cleaning is ok but simply they need to wash the sheets at higher temperature it is easy to do that.

"It’s 2nd floor, without a lift. For somebody it may be a problem."

Key code was sent too late, I wasn’t sure if l’ll get it on time - when I’ll be there. I know the reason (somebody could enter to early, but for me it was annoing). It wasn’t clear which „key box” is proper one.
