"Oasis in beautiful Mazunte"

Such a beautiful, calm oasis in the middle of Mazunte. The Main Street in Mazunte can get quite noisy with music at night, but despite Casa Ava being so central, it's a lot quieter. Right by the beach, this is a perfect place to stay - we stayed a whole week. Plus the wifi worked, and apparently that's hard to find in Mazunte accommodation.

The sliding glass doors aren't fully soundproof so we occasionally heard people outside in the courtyard (and vice versa I assume!) but it was never a problem as everyone staying there was very respectful of one another.

Close to beach but off busy road so no traffic or passerby noise . Security gate . Nice room too .. small and cozy good value . Check in super easy and great communication .

Wonderful location just around the corner from the beach with lots of great eateries and cafes nearby. Super friendly and helpful staff. Really nicely done decor.
