Very comfortable and great location

Easy access, comfort

Casa Ava was all we wished for. A simple beautiful room in a gorgeous house. It was quiet, comfortable, pristine and just lovely. I would go back in a heartbeat and really hope to do so. The staff was discreet yet were preceding our every needs. Suilma was corresponding via what’s app and we could reach her at any time. She was so kind and really helpful. It is very well located 5 mn walk from the beach where you can find restaurants for breakfast lunch and dinner.

A great, rustic hangout close to the beach and centre of Mazunte. The rooms are basic but perfect for what you need as you won't be spending barely any time in them anyway. The staff were great - cleaning our room every other day and helping us organise a transfer to the airport.

There's no hot water but it was so warm when we visited so not really an issue.

The location is very convenient, you can just walk to the beach. There’s also restaurants and stores in the area. Our room was very comfortable and clean. The staff was super nice and helpful, thanks Suilma!

Such an incredible hotel, nice and clean rooms, comfortable bed, air conditioning, great location close to the beach (but slightly off the Mazunte main strip), and a reasonable price too! I would definitely come back.
