Il trullo è in una bella posizione. Caratteristico. Il padrone molto disponibile, cordiale. Ottima la colazione.

Il trullo non è adatto a 7 persone perché è piccolo. Ci sono 2 bagni ma quello al piano superiore non è molto utile in quanto c'è molta umidità e fa fatica ad asciugarsi il pavimento. Il trullo presenta solo 2 finestre molto piccole ed è difficile areare la struttura.

Péssima experiência. As fotos do anúncio são enganosas. O espaço é muito menor do que aparenta. Fomos em 7 pessoas. A parte debaixo é muito pequena e foi muito desconfortável. Além de tudo isso o host é MUITO DESONESTO. Não houve nada que gostamos. O espaço foi completamente inundado por goteiras e infiltração.

O espaço ficou completamente inundado por causa de goteiras. Choveu muito, alagou todo o espaço enquanto dormíamos. Molhou malas e todas as roupas. O host NÃO DEU NENHUMA ASSISTÊNCIA e cancelou a reserva como se não tivéssemos comparecido. Me orientou a mentir para o Booking, o que prontamente não concordei. Prometeu que devolveria uma diária, pegou o número do meu IBAN, mas simplesmente desapareceu. Tivemos que fazer outra reserva em Bari. Reportamos o problema ao Booking e esperamos ser ressarcidos.

Great location and an authentic experience. The property was well maintained, with good hot water, and the fridge stocked with a few waters on arrival was a thoughtful touch for weary travelers. It easily accommodated our family of four (2 adults and 2 young kids), and the host was easy to get in touch with. While there’s no on-site parking, we were able to pull up to unload and then find paid street parking nearby, even in the busy summer season.

The AC was only available upstairs, which made the lower level a bit warm, and the sofa (also a pullout) wasn’t very comfortable as the cushions didn’t stay in place, leaving limited seating space — but with so much to explore in the area, it wasn’t a major issue

Dormire in un Trullo è stata una bella esperienza

La pulizia era eccellente come pure la posizione, vicinissima al centro.

La colazione, convenzionata con un bar vicino alla struttura, sarebbe stata migliore se ci fosse stato qualche cosa di salato ( tipo una pizzetta o un tramezzino). Comunque ancge il.oersonale del bar è stato gentile e disponibile.

I’m don’t like any thing the person are very disonest the place are very bad . Have mold in wall air conditioner not working properly just 1 towel nothing else the smell inside very bad nobody can stay inside the place and he never show up to give the key we stay 40minutes to try to found the person to get key our lock one old man now they person and call him and he give the code to open the lock box.

Another thing the place supposed get break fast don’t exist. We ask him the address he never give to me. He give fake name including the person help us told us to call the police for him. But we not want involved police because we in vacation and I try to negotiate with him but he forced me to pay him 1.647. Euros for garbage place because after he left we need found another hotel and we stay in Astoria Hotel because the truly are trash place. Besides de taxi company another scammer people. I’m sorry after a lost a lot money for this all scammer people I afraid to use your company again. I am very disappointed and frustrated to get scammed in this trip.
