Trulli Antica Fonte Luxury Suite

The property was nice and tastefully decorated.

There is no 3 bedrooms as announced. There is only a double room and a slightly separated single bed on the upper floor. The other beds are in the living room (see the photo to check the two double beds in the living room where 4 people has to sleep) Only one operational bathroom on the lower floor. The bathroom on the upper floor has no shower (see in the photo that it only has a shower head hanging from the ceiling) and the flush does not working. It was very cold and there wer no balnkets. Only 4 chairs and kitchenware for 4 people. There are no wardrobes. Only lockable boots for the owner's use. The host did not respond to our messages when we questioned that we only had one bathroom, that there were not three rooms and that we needed blankets. However, when we returned and complained to booking he lied that he had given us a third extra room. unbelievable! And on addition it is not in the area of the trulli and there are no restaurants, shops, supermarkets... on the surrondings

It was something special in terms of originality

- the window in the bathroom upstairs was still open a lot of cold come inside, window cannot be closed - it is joke that the shower is right above toilet - you dont have kettle for preparing tea and there are no tea bags either

Good location and true trulli experience reflected on the pictures. Host was helpful to let us use the sofa bed. Breakfast was nice.

No hot water (though it may have been the consequence of turning a switch off but after correcting that and waiting, still no hot water). The kitchen sink was not functioning as the pipe was not connected. It was a little cold on the main floor but we stayed in March. So overall for one day it was a fine stay.

An unique experience to stay in a trullo. The conditions are good and it's clean, but what took us by surprise is that even though there are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, everything is open space. The host was nice and helpful. The area is quiet, we easily found parking, and it's about a 15-minute walk to the center/area with many trullis. Breakfast is served at a nearby café.

None of the bedrooms have doors, and the second bathroom only has a curtain, which was a bit inconvenient considering we traveled with a group of friends. At the first floor, the ceiling is quite low, which means you have to bend over most of the time. The toilet upstairs was continuously leaking water, which was making an unpleasant noise and affecting the functionality and the wooden towel rack was broken. I have informed the host about these subjects hoping it will be resolved. Breakfast was very poor, just a croissant and a coffee or tea.

The Trulli Antica Fonte Luxury Suite is very clean, authentic and with nice location. Everything you need is available.

The Trulli is truly amazing in the way it is laid out. Very original and spacious having a bed downstairs and another one upstairs. The location is not in the Trulli area but close enough for a 7 minute walk so really no big deal. Also parking was an important factor for having chosen this property.

It’s quite small to fit 6 of us. It mentioned on the website that it’s 3 bedrooms apartment, but it is not.
