Very nice and helpful staff, good food. They can also help arrange trips for snorkeling or bird watching. Big rooms, air-con and fan 24/7. Many birds in the resort area also.

Exceptionally great staff. Property with great access to good house reef. Spaced out and Nicely set out grounds in peaceful natural surroundings. Standard of accommodation high. Fabulous beautifully cooked lunch and supper. Only open a year and still developing and will only get better I think. Staff will help manage your ferry transit and arrange trips to suit your personal interests.

My personal preference is for more emphasis on breakfast and less at midday however this is largely cultural. I understood after a couple of days that staff were more than willing to change things by request. I Should have asked 🤷‍♂️

Love the jetty clear water, song birds, scenery and sunsets.

Breakfast was limited and the quality and taste were edible but not tasty. Food in general was poor it could be upgraded to better quality and taste. We had red aunts problems in our room biting my toes. Every 3 hours had to sweep the floor with a broom to get the aunts out of the room and front deck.

Very friendly, but this is more a homestay than a hotel. Bungalows are confortable. Food was good (but not amazing). Area was average. Transport service not great. We reserved to be picked up at a certain time and 2 hours later, we learn that the boat still has not left the port because it is missing fuel, so we had to take a different boat. When you charge 4,000,000 IDR (250 USD) just for the boat, you expect better. Also 20 min taxi to the ferry is 500,000 IDR (30 USD). This is abusive… Also a little expensive for the hotel as compared to other accommodations in Sorong.

They have a lovely reef for snorkeling with a jetty with 2 staircases into the water that makes for eazy water entry what ever the tide. Staff were very helpful. i need some antibiotics and they sent the chef with us to help with translation. Lots of hot water with good pressure and airconditioning. They arranged day trips as needed and will woon have their own onsite guides. They also arranged for a guide to pick us up in Sorong and handle our luggage on the ferry which for seniors with a lot of luggage worked great.

We would have preferred an alternative to fish and more fresh fruit.

Staff friendly, place clean, they did what they said they'd do, arranged pick ups, return tickets on ferry. They put in a ladder at the end of the dock so swimmers could enjoy the reef on low tide. Reef was nice.

They did well on breakfast, though short on easily available local fruit. Lunch was meh, a few dinners were good when they grilled fish, otherwise so so. Cabin became hot during middle of the day to afternoon even with AC on full. Circuit breaker also tripped several times. Stinky shower water catchment outside the cabin, like black water.

We stayed 5 days at Raflow Resort and had a great time. The crew is friendly and very helpful, they helped us plan trips, provided us with welcome drinks, extra goodies/surprises for lunches/dinners and lunchboxes and even a guide during trips. The Resort is located in a quiet spot and is well maintained, it has a jetty with a small reef where you can snorkel. They help you get to the town or dive centers when needed. There's water, tea and coffee available throughout the day and they can accommodate food wishes and intolerance's. 24/7 AC and power is a plus. The beach is full with shells if you like collecting those. Surprisingly there were also barely any mosquitos in the area.

Mattresses for the sunbeds or parasols would be greatly appreciated to be able to better enjoy a lazy sunny day in the resort. English is sometimes a bit misunderstood. Stairs to the beach would be great.
