Ms. Luisa was very accommodating and hands on. She is reliable and responsive. She is also easy to reach via call. She assisted us even though we arrived past midnight in the property due to long travel. The room is comfy and complete. Near establishments and near the airport. The staff of the condotel were very nice as well.

Value, location, pet-friendly, ameneties

more detailed instructions on how to get there, w/c wing, where the entrance is, check-in/out instructions are a MUST as people will not be familiar with the place/building & for most, check-in & out time (duration) is very important; they might be trying to catch a flight, a ride, etc & an unresponsive host is not helpful; towel seemed new & unwashed, lint stuck to skin
