room is ok

WIFI NOT WORKING

Very good WiFi

Not easy lo find it. Shower was not hot

Good ambiance, the room fits for us (3) occupants

Some problem in utensils defective

It's clean; water supply and pressure is sufficient.

Light in the kitchenette did not function.

Location is prime. Just in front of the airport and surrounded by restaurants.

We saw dusts, cockroaches and hair in the premises. There was a clump of hair in one of our towels. The bathroom is filthy overall adding the fact that they use the cheapest bathroom rug possible. It is impossible to request anything as you'll be ignored. The suite looks like someone had lived there for a long time then the owner all of a sudden decided to post it on booking.com without even trying to freshen up the suite. I've seen better within the area so avoid this one until they actually do some minor repairs.

The property was fairly ok. Good location.

I was surprised that they give me a different unit from what I chose. I just realized the day after since i was so tired upon checking in. They responded at first but kept me hanging with no feedback til I was about to check out. I felt like they gave my room to someone else and left me with the unit i used becoz it felt like somebody just used the room. They just fixed the bed to make it look like it’s cleaned up. Found hair strands on the bed which really made me think that somebody just used the unit. They initially offered that I transfer but they did not respond when i asked for pics of the other unit. It was disappointing. Im left with no other choice. I was just so tired to think about it during that time but i specifically booked the unit i chose coz i need time to relax. Twas a staycation for me. So not getting what i paid for feels so disappointing. They offered check out extension but it was useless coz i flight. I extended for like an hour but i dont think it compensated my disappointment. Felt like i was scammed. Showing diff pics online and giving clients a diff one felt pretty much like a scam.
