The management was very caring, they wanted to learn the customers need and wants. Spent personal time during morning and evening, put furniture out and made the place personalized for you.

His professionalism, attention to detail, and the arrangement of a highly skilled English-speaking driver made our travel comfortable and stress-free. Honestly, staying at New Zamrood felt more like visiting family than staying in a holiday home. Uncle Bilal is an incredible host—he genuinely cares that you're comfortable and has the best local tips. The house is in a quiet area near Nishat, so it's super peaceful. Clean rooms, Classical Home made food, hot water (a must!), and just a really warm vibe. 10/10 would come back.
