Muy buena ubicación, las camas muy cómodas

Llegamos desde España, el check in lo teníamos a las 15:00h y tras varias horas de viaje llegamos al apartamento a las 14:30. La empresa nos realizó la entrega de llaves a las 16:00h haciéndonos esperar algo que nos parecía de muy poca seriedad por su parte. Dispone de un sofá en el salón muy incómodo.

Prostran i vrlo udoban apartman, idealan za obiteljski boravak. Terasa nudi prekrasan pogled na Maltu, a lokacija je izvrsna — središnji položaj omogućuje da se lako stigne do svih dijelova otoka. Sveukupno, boravak je bio iznimno ugodan i svakako bih se ponovno vratila u isti apartman.

Very good value for money, fairly modern, spacious living area and decently equipped kitchen. Easy to find a public parking spot during the day, during the night they get occupied but we always found one even if it was a bit farther away. Host answers back quickly and sorts things out.

Very tiring checking process, I was not expecting to pay a deposit just to book an apartment, first time I'm seeing this sort of arrangement. (This was disclosed when booking, I just did not notice it/ was not expecting it) Big minus was the overall charge for electricity. We visited in October so no need for AC, but even with the AC off we managed to consume around 6/10 of the allocated electricity. Very tiring to keep checking if you are still in the limit so that they don't overcharge you. Cleaning fees but the apartment was not very clean when we arrived. The Keys of the apartment are hard to find but the host was quite fast to respond. Extra fees for baby furniture (bed + high chair). The high chair was VERY dirty, with mold growing on the lining. Area is not the best, while it might seem quite our baby stroller got stolen in front of the apartment and we did not feel safe at night walking around. Dirty common spaces, they never got cleaned during the 1 week we stayed there even though we saw the cleaning people come and go a few times for other apartments. Extra fees without disclosure or proof of pay: we forgot a small luggage while we checked out (they ask you to close the door and leave the key inside), we called in the agency, a guy came in to unlock the door and asked for 30 euro cash...

Good location; close to Lidl. Walking distance to great car rental company ( Venicar) Pleasant not obstructed view from balcony.

The property is rented via company and there’s a lot of agreement forms to fill up. Once that’s done you are sent a check in details. We had to wait in front of an apartment because the staff didn’t check the form which was sent earlier. Also there was a chunky deposit taken for security which is supposed to be returned. You can see the use of a property on walls, which are stained all over an apartment. Broken mirror and curtains. Not enough dishes and glasses. The flat is rented for 4 guests and there’s only small sofa and an armchair in a living space.
