Holiday Home TiA

We had a wonderful time at Holiday Home TiA. Our host Tom was extremely friendly and helpful, you can really feel how passionate he is about making his guests feel at home. The location is fantastic: the Mall of Split and a supermarket are within walking distance, and the beach is not far either. The pool is beautiful and even has a massage function, which we truly enjoyed. On the hottest day of our stay, Tom surprised us with ice cream, and on another day he brought us some homegrown tomatoes and cucumbers, along with local prosciutto. These kind gestures made our stay even nicer. Communication with Tom was always very easy and pleasant. We were a bit skeptical at first whether the amazing pictures on Booking were actually accurate, but our expectations were not just met, they were exceeded many times over. If you’re looking for a dream place to stay, this is it. Highly recommended!

Tom was there to greet us and show us around the property, we arrived late and he was so helpful and this continued during the holiday giving us advice on local areas and places of interest.

There was nothing we did not like

Loved the pool house, pool and property. And the landlord was amazing he really helped with booking excursions and was on hand to even give us a lift when we went to get the ferry and much more.

Location is a 10min ride to the centre but easy enough to jump in an Uber or taxi.

Tom and his family went above and beyond what we were expecting! From the first moment we arrived, he was so helpful and made us feel so welcome - offering to pick us up from the airport, show us the local shops, book a boat trip and make us delicious local food. The property itself was perfect, it was so thoughtfully designed and was spotlessly clean. It had all the amenities you needed, from coffee and snacks to an outdoor BBQ and shower/toilet - very handy for days spent relaxing by the pool 😊 The location is ideal. It’s nice and peaceful outside the town centre, and a short (10 min) taxi ride to anywhere you need to go. The mountain views were stunning and it felt very private! No need to continue looking for your next trip, this is the place to go 😀

Beautiful villa with fantastic hosts. The villa is larger than what you can tell from the photos. Six of us stayed and there was plenty of room for us. The pool with the spa jet was a lovely addition. In a quiet location outside of the city, but only 10 minutes to the centre of town by taxi (~€10-12).

Evey thing was wonderful, The apartment is very clean, every thing you need inside, Tom the owner is an amazing person helped us with anything we needed, The apartment close to the supermarket and shoping center, the pool is clean , the facilities was perfect

Pool and outdoor facilities were excellent. Overall condition of the property was really good.

The environment was not optimal. The neighbors were fairly close, hence not perfect if you are looking for intimacy or privacy.

I had the best week with my friends staying at holiday Tia, the villa was even better than the pictures, very clean and modern looking, the pool was amazing and the outside bar really topped it off. Our host was so helpful and lovely, he went to the shop for us as we had just arrived later on at night and we did not have transport.he was always available to help if we needed any information. The Villa was very easy to get to places using uber, it was a 10 min taxi to the old town centre and was very cheap. I would definitely stay here again loved it!!!

The pool area together with the pool house is so nice. The living spaces were very clean and fresh. This house had everything, and I really mean it. The host Tom is a 10/10, him and his family are so kind people, from giving us the best dining tips to dropping off fresh vegetables from their garden, they really enhanced our stay in split. Highly recommend this house! 10/10
