"Superb"

Clean, good sized hotel rooms with a good breakfast included as well. Location was ok - 25min walk to the night bazaar. Restaurant on site was good.

Great Hostel situated just 15 minutes walk from pub street in Chiang Rai. The staff were incredibly kind not only did they give us great tips on what to do they also helped us get bus tickets in a complicated situation. The Hostel IS clean and well équipped and breakfast IS delicious and varied. A Big Big thank you to all the staff and to the owners who were incredibly kind! See you soon!

Great simple hotel, with great services and Great happy owner and staff. Complimentary breakfast!! . . Weekends, live orchestra with local band, music (beetles and rolling stones) can you imagine?? Promotion 3 big bottles Leo beer 199baht. We really enjoyed our stay here... .

It was very clean, the staff were extremely friendly and accommodating, the bed was comfortable. We had an amazing time and met the owner, definitely recommend! Great value for money.

Sometimes there were car noises at night but it’s nothing they can influence, all good.

"fantastic room and amazing free breakfast"

Fantastic hotel, deserves big praise. Loved the free breakfast, which was a huge buffet selection that changed every day. It was also so convenient to have a restaurant downstairs with a large Thai menu and good prices. The staff were all really friendly and a big shout out to the owner and chef, who were both always around and great fun to talk to. There is an Oteri coin op laundry just opposite the side entrance, a 711 next door and a phone shop where you can buy a SIM card (if this is your first stop crossing from Laos). Bus station was a good 20 minute walk - doable for us but with big bags you may just as well Grab it. Vivien House restaurant a few minutes walk away was also really good and cheap, with some Western options.
