"Katastrophe am Osterwochenende"

Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr Zentral und gut mit dem Auto erreichbar.

Das Zimmer war sehr klein und stickig und dazu gab es kein Fenster. (Außnahme im Bad gab es eine 20x30cm Luke, welche aber komplett verschlossen und mit Schrauben gesichert war). Im ganzen Zimmer war ein modriger Geruch vorhanden und beim einschalten der Klima wurde es auch nicht wirklich besser. (Zudem war diese sehr laut) Beim Frühstück am 1 Tag wurde ich als nicht "einheimischer Gast" komplett ignoriert und sogar beim nehmen der Speisen verdrängt. 1 Tasse Kaffee gab es erst nach 3x Bitten. Frühstück am 2 Tag wurde mir komplett verwehrt, obwohl ich 20 Minuten nach der offiziellen Startzeit des Frühstücks im Frühstücksbereich war. Bei einem Preis Leistungsverhältnis, welches über dem Mexikanischen Durchschnitt liegt, war es sehr enttäuschend.

El desayuno por el precio pagado esta muy bien, aun asi te ofrecen el bufette a un precio especial por ser huesped

El servicio de la persona encargada de la recepcion de las llaves de las habitaciones deja mucho que desear, al parecer le estuvimos haciendo un favor al saludarla

Que no había ventanas, que el lobby no estaba abajo, que no había escaleras hasta el lobby para los huéspedes, la pared del cuarto estaba manchada
