"No lo recomiendo si van con más de dos personas"

El personal siempre fue muy amable y estaba a menos de un minuto el centro

Los cuartos son demasiado pequeños y estaba sucio, para poder utilizar el elevador necesitabas si o si tú tarjeta de acceso para la habitación la cual también se necesita para le energía eléctrica, no cuentan con estacionamiento

"NEFASTO Y NULO SERVICIO AL CLIENTE"

Pues, lo mejor del hotel es la ubicación, es centrico nada mas.

bueno, las instalaciones tienen el deterioro esperado para una ubicacion con bastante humedad. las recepcionistas en el 8vo piso son NEFASTAS, no tienen nada de servicio al cliente y hubiera sido mejor un kiosko que te diera la llave directamente. las dependientes del "restaurante" que es una cocinita al lado de la recepcion tienen el mismo problema con el servicio al cliente y el "buffet" no vale la pena para chilaquiles y huevo. nefastos. igualmente para la facturación. adicioanlmente me dijeron quen no se podia pagar por noche por que la reservacion era atraves de boocking. HORRIBLE

Muy centrico , exelente ubicacion , buenas vistas el personal muy amable sobre todo el de desayunos ((exeptuando la señorita de recepcion 2 noche)) ,

Aunque casi todo el personal era amable , al pedir una segunda habitacion , la señorita de la noche nos puso varios peros al registrarnos solo por una ine , el baño tenia una pequeña fuga de agua que pasaba al cuarto , la comida limita huevo y frijoles el primer dia muy rico (( el segundo dia el huevo tenia cascarones y un cabello)) el bufet tiene costo extra

"es decepcionante el tipo de habitación"

¡Las habitaciones individuales no tienen ventana! Además de la incomodidad de tener la luz encendida día y noche, es antihigiénico por la ventilación y es deprimente. La única habitación con ventana (al menos de las que me ofrecieron) da a un patio de servicio feo y mal iluminado. Ese "detalle" deberían decirlo en el sitio Booking para poder seleccionar lo que uno necesita.
