Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of USD 100 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by bank transfer. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property. Events are allowed only in the outside areas with a request to Events Manager and contract approval. Any other events , parties etc. are a violation of the occupancy use agreement. A surcharge of $10.00 applies for arrivals after check-in hours. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property. A surcharge of $10.00 per hour applies for late check-out after 11:00AM. All requests for late check out are subject to confirmation by the property. Kindly note that check out at 3:00PM will be charge for additional night. A deposit may be required at the property.
