AUVery friendly and attentive staff. They were kind enough to accommodate my late check in close to midnight due my delayed flight. Convenient location and only a few mins drive away from many colombo attractions. Clean and tidy.
Pool access was not free of charge there was a small access fee (less than 2 dollars), but even then stayz was cheaper than most similar properties i looked at.

VERY DIRTY apartment, the bathroom was awful - hair and dirt everywhere. They are not mentioned in booking.com, but you will not have a seperate dining room, you have to share it with 3 other rooms. The bed was broken. The staff was weird and we have to pay the booking fees before we even get the room keys. NOT RECOMMEND!
KGWe liked the appartment very much! It was large, clean, cozy, the owner was so kind and friendly! And the swiming pull was excellent! It was large, clean with warm watet and near to appartment. We felt like at home.
