there was no lift facility and we had to carry our luggage by staircase . and the main issue is ,there was no hot water facility through tap and inspite of message to the flat owner we got a massage while leaving as ''Sorry ''

Self check in worked perfectly, there was everything I needed. Was a nice stay and good sleep

The apartment is very conveniently located 5 min away from the train and bus station. It takes 25 min to walk to the old ferry terminal. The apartment was very well equipped, clean and comfortable. The WiFi connection was very good. there was a bathtub and a hairdryer.

It was very hard to find the entrance and the lady on the phone could not speak English very well, although she picked up the phone immediately and offered to come help me (see cross on the screenshot to find the right door) Narrow stairs and fourth floor made it challenging to bring my heavy luggage up

Very comfortable, clean, close to train station and supermarkets - was very enjoyable and convenient.
