Atlas House Five

Great location, easy access to central Harrogate. Bright, modern apartment with very pleasant deck space as an added bonus. The apartment appeared fairly new with nice, working equipment including washer. The hosts were great to work with.

Mattresses were memory foam, which was great for some but not the preference of others.

For wheelchair access: our concern for my brother-in-law, who cannot stand or walk and uses a wheelchair all day, was access to the toilet and sink in the bathroom. We knew that there weren't railings around the toilet which would allow him to easily transfer to the toilet from his wheelchair, but we assumed from the pictures that there would be enough room around the toilet for him to transfer. We should have done a video tour with Joe, the manager, or followed up in more detail. There wasn't enough space from the preferred direction and enough support in the appropriate place near the toilet for him to access the toilet and transfer safely. So, while the apartment was spacious and covered our cooking and stay needs in all other ways, that was one which -- through our own fault -- it did not.

Everything was perfect

That was absolutely beautiful, spotless clean accomodation.

It was very clean and comfortable. The beds were very comfortable and the showers excellent.The location was very good as it was central and yet it was quiet and peaceful in the flat .

Lack of kitchen utensils: teapot, bread knife , wooden spoon , washing up cloths and tea towels . There were no recycling facilities.

Amazing flat, incredibly clean, spacious, lovely balcony, and really close to great pubs and restaurants. I loved it.

The property was lovely - clean, comfortable and inviting. It was right next to the convention centre which was perfect and had all the things we needed for the few days we were there. Joe was also very helpful.

The only thing we’d like to note is that the towels were a little on the small side.
