Casa Lomah Hotel

Great location in CDMX, very central and close to a lot of shops. Great market right outside the door. Spacious clean room and very clean. The staff were very helpful and accommodating

Need for a full length mirror in the room. The rooms are on the 3rd floor and there is no lift, mindful with luggage. We did book this very last minute and we needed to wait over 1hr to be able to get the self service check in pin

The location, staff, and accommodations were excellent. The breakfast was great and looked forward to it each morning. The stuff was really friendly and helped when they could.

The checking experience was really confusing. You get to the place but don't realize it is on the third floor and there is no markings, so I wasn't for sure if I was in the proper place. The other think that sucked is the water pressure. Sometimes it is so low that you can't take a shower, especially the lack of hot water. At times it works great, but at midnight or for my brother at 6am to catch a flight couldn't take a shower, not fun.

I liked the vibe here and the breakfast was nice. The room was clean and spacious. Also, the bed was super comfy. It was a nice place overall! Location is really good too.

I didn’t have any issues here really. The hotel is on the 3rd floor with no elevator and just stairs so just be mentally prepared to bring your luggage up if you have a larger luggage. I had smaller luggage so it was no problem for me.

No hotel sign outside we weren’t sure if we were at the right location. Finally, somebody said yes and told us 4 floor. Nobody was there and we never received a code or room number we finally reached someone who spoke English and friendly using the office phone and gave us information to get into our room, which was very very nice.

Close to museums and city centre. We were warmly greeted on arrival. Most staff were able to communicate in English. Room was small but comfortable.

Nothing warned us that the hotel is on the 3rd floor and there's no elevator. Signage needs to be improved, it wasn't easy finding the entrance. Being central city it was quite noisy and single glazed windows didn't reduce the volume.

Room was fine, comfortable bed and big bathroom. People were really kind and helpful.

The location was far from the nice areas (roma norte, condesa) so we needed go take a taxi every day. Also, the location is known to not be safe. Felt more like a hostel than a hotel. Breakfast was ok but very limited, every day was the same. Eggs, plain toast and yoghurt. There was a lot of construction work going on so noise every day. Plus we didn’t have consistent warm water.

I haven't stayed at your place because the room was on the third floor and no lift. I am not able doing that. Ivan said it was no problem to cancel because of that reason, only the amount of 4 nights still went of my creditcard. I am still waiting for my money to return, thanks, Terry Peterson
