"The worsk place I've ever been, misleading rating"

the location is good

The property is listed as 24hrs attendandt We arrive at midnight, nobody was there, after an hour wondering around we found an open room, inside was our name with a door code asigned, but is would not work so were were lock until 10 am when somebody show up. The room is insecure, no a/c, plenty buggs, we left next day and they wont refound. Very bad property, and very misliading Booking ratings I wont use this site again

Location, installation.

They don’t have mosquitos nest in the windows, room and restroom. Too many stairs, very bad if you have suitcases.

"Exceptional"

The host Ronaldo was very welcoming and knowledgeable about the city. Rooms were very nice and clean. Shower was great. Breakfast was incredible.

There are quite a few stairs to get to the hotel. Not a problem for us but just an fyi. Also there is no aircon. Fan is good but a little loud.

It is a very unique place, the rooms are on the rooftop, beautiful surroundings, so many things to do nearby, just walking distance. The personnel was super helpful with all requests I had. Great breakfast.

Beautiful common areas, great service

The windows aren’t soundproof so you hear all the noise from outside, which gets worse when you have to open the windows to get cold air

"The "hotel" is a scam!!!"

The hotel is a scam, I went over at 2 am in the morning there was no sign or front desk no hotel at all, just a commercial center. The phone number provided by the supposed Hotel never worked, no email not pictures of the hotel outside, only pictures from good I bet. I had to find a new hotel called ' Holiday inn Express " at 2 AM!! I do not want anything from this app or that hotel. If booking.com is so kind I would like a refund for this scam. I don't want to deal with this app or that hotel anymore, never.

"Great location and style"

Clean and simple hotel with stylish decor. Fantastic location for the historic centre, overlooking Alameda Central. Wonderful breakfasts!

Rooms quite basic and reception was not always staffed, so it was not possible to get an early check in
